Guests have private access to two gardens, front garden and, to the back a parterre with BBQ and two patios, and in the main gardens is the private pool area.

The remainder of the grounds and drive are shared with the owners. Parking for a maximum of five cars is provided on the Common by the front door. Frog Corner has been designed with strong ECO credentials, A+++ rated appliances, LED lighting, solar hot water, solar pool heating, plus many more. There are lots of original beams (one low beam in the kitchen & a bedroom).
